Religious leaders draw up blogging commandments. I like it!
1 You shall not put your blog before your integrity
2 You shall not make an idol of your blog
3 You shall not misuse your screen name by using your anonymity to sin
4 Remember the Sabbath day by taking one day off a week from your blog
5 Honour your fellow-bloggers above yourselves and do not give undue significance to their mistakes
6 You shall not murder someone else's honour, reputation or feelings
7 You shall not use the web to commit or permit adultery in your mind
8 You shall not steal another person's content
9 You shall not give false testimony against your fellow-blogger
10 You shall not covet your neighbour's blog ranking. Be content with your own content.
Well, that's going to lead to a boring blogging experience.

I guess you're right Bob. Apparently these Christian blogs were getting way out of hand, though -- how unlike the placid backwaters of science and book blogging.

I am never going to manage to keep these! Numbers 7,8, and 10 will be particularly difficult. ;0)

No 7? Must be those darn book covers, Norm!

I like them, but how could I not blog on Sundays?
I think I am guilty of 2 anyway
8 and 10 are a bit tough for most of us.

Heehee. I think it's a good list, moi-meme.

Gosh, I must go and see just how 'way out of hand' these Christian blogs were getting. The mind fair boggles! I confess my guilt re some of these, but I'm certainly not going to let on which ones!
